These are my personal New Years Resolutions for 2013!
1. Mileage goal for running is 600 miles.
2. Try one new fruit or vegtable each month, I have to eat it at least twice a week the whole month.
3. Lose 25 more pounds. I feel that I can do this considering I lost 20 pounds in 2012. This will put me at my goal weight!
4. Make healthier meals for my family.
5. Prepare a menu and meals on the weekend so I won't have to feel rushed during the week.
6. Always bring my reusable shopping bags with me everytime I go to Walmart or Target, I seriously have like 10 of these, this should not be a problem for me.
7. Spend more time with my husband and my son, doing family activities and traveling.
8. Make new friends, but more importantly, make my current friendships stronger.
9. Experiement with one new activity a month.
10. Become stronger in my faith as a Christian, and encourage my husband and my son to do the same.
